THE WORKOUT
Starring Minka. It has been many, many years, but after so many years, Minka has finally found a private fitness center where she could shoot the video she has been receiving hundreds of requests for. A work out video. The fitness center where this was shot was at the resort in Cancun, Mexico. This is her first video shot with her new HD professional camcorder. The color and detail are of the most outstanding quality ever. The video is an entire workout session which Minka does everyday that she goes to the fitness center to keep her shape the way it is. Minka’s dialogue is the most she has ever done for any of her movies because she has to explain the exercise she is doing, how many sets and repetitions of each exercise and what muscle groups she is concentrating on. The dialogue was unscripted and she talked about what ever came into her mind while shooting. The only problem was the mirrors on the walls in which you just can’t help but to see woody in the background shooting the video. Woody also has to step in and act as a spotter when she does her bench press exercise. Of course throughout the video, Minka takes off one piece at a time, top first, in order to keep herself as cool as possible and you has hot as possible. Minka challenges you to do the stomach crunch exercises the way she does it. Bet you can’t. The final scene is a total nude stair/step exercise she uses for the cooling down period. This is a very erotic and “real” movie.
